All About
Different groups existed for various facilities and events, but during major annual events, members from all these groups needed to function collectively and access shared information. To address this, a new community feature was developed to consolidate various groups into a single mega group named "Community." This feature streamlined the process, eliminating the need to repeatedly select each member from all groups in the contact list.
